Participants will emerge from the course with a better understanding of their role; the difference between Leadership and Management further how to achieve the optimal balance between their Leadership and Managerial Roles.
Participants will learn how to examine their Leadership and Managerial Styles, resolve conflicts also realize the power of influencing others by using Emotional Intelligence.
The workshop is designed to enhance leadership and managerial skills in following areas:
Understand the difference between Leadership and Management and how to synergize both Leadership and Management Roles.
How to change their mindset and skill set as they move up in their Careers.
Understand and leverage their Leadership and Managerial Styles.
How to resolve conflicts by using the style appropriate to the situation.
Discover their Emotional Quotient and develop an action plan to improve their EQ.
Methodology – In our workshop, we maximize knowledge assimilation in the participants through a combination of execution elements like case discussions, exercises, simulated games and activities, video led sessions including discussions on global best practices. At the end of each workshop, we facilitate the participants to distill Key Learning and prepare Action Plans to deliver solid business results for our clients.
