The training program for schools focuses on developing the SOCIAL and EMOTIONAL skills in the children that enable them to communicate successfully and develop healthy relationships with people around them. These skills will help the child succeed in school life and grow up into happy, mature, confident and compassionate adults. Soft skills for children help them learn to communicate and act responsibly in social settings. Children have to build the traits of optimism, perseverance, integrity, honesty, empathy. Teaching them the social etiquettes will build their confidence in a social setting. Children are taught to express and manage their emotions like anger and frustration. They learn to work together as a team and communicate effectively, be empathetic towards others.
